An attractive Swiss metal double sided World Time pocket watch, circa 1900. Sold by Kendal & Dent in London. Bridge movement with a lever escapement and screw compensation balance.
The polished case is glazed on both sides. A white enamel dial on the front with radial Roman numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade hands, on the back another white enamel dial with a central rotating day and night disc (AM/PM), an outer chapter ring inscribed with 40 world locations and a single hand.
