A fine and rare large keyless chromed split seconds chronograph stopwatch with an instantaneous 30 minute register. Made by Breguet, L’Abbaye Switzerland Circa 1950.
Four body, chromed and polished case with hinged steel cuvette. White dial with painted black Arabic numerals for 0-30, 1/10th of a second track and inner red Arabic numerals for 30-60 minutes, subsidiary 30-minute register dial, blued steel hand and gilt split seconds hand.
Gilt brass movement with straight-line lever escapement, fast beating monometallic balance, self compensating Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial signed, movement numbered.
