Engine turned 18 carat pink gold case with 3 solid gold lids; high-quality movement, signed “Le Coultre” with precision lever movement, repeating hours and quarters, screwed gold chatons and wolf’s toothing; original white enamel dial with black Arabic hours, red Arabic minutes, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds and Louis XV gold hands.
