The case is in good overall condition. It is a half hunting case featuring diamond set Arabic numerals and displays patina and oxidation throughout. On the reverse side, an enamel portrait likely represents Hussein Kamel El Dine, the second son of Khedive Ismail Pasha. The enamel is in overall good condition, exhibiting some light surface wear and a small mark near the 12 o’clock position. The sliding band on the case shows heavy wear, and the slide is loose and not operating. The diamonds are intact. The dial is in good condition with some chips, particularly near the sunken subsidiary dial, along with some debris. The movement is running.
