Pendant watch original brooch and diamond setting

A gold and enamel pendant form watch ‘Boule de Geneve’ with original brooch and diamond setting, probably made in Switzerland, circa 1900. This watch has a very rare gold case with matching brooch, is glazed on both sides, enamelled and set with diamonds. The white enamel dial has blue Arabic hour numerals for 1 to 11 o’clock, a red 12 o’clock and gold hands. The movement has a lever escapement of similar quality to the escapements of the Patek, Philippe “Boule de Genève” watches.
