Swiss gold and enamel musical key pocket watch Circa 1820

A very fine and extremely rare Swiss, 18 carat gold and painted on enamel keyless musical key pocket watch, circa 1820. A rectangular case with canted corners, wirework terminals, the suspension loop acts as the winding crown. Decorated on one side with a painted on enamel landscape scene, gold and enamelled flower border, on the other side, flowers and fruit on a blue ground. A brass movement, petit barillet with pinned cylinder, eight blued steel tuned teeth in a vertical stack, start/stop lever in the side of the case.
