A very elegant Swiss 18K gold and enamel Art Nouveau lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1900. A matte, chased in high relief case with a translucent polychrome enamel decorated iris and gryphon head and a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Louis XV-style with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and large Arabic five-minute numerals and pierced Louis XV gilt hands. Matte gilt, bar calibre movement, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm brass balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
