A fine and elegant Swiss 18K gold, enamel and diamond-set keyless cylinder lady’s pendant watch, circa 1900. Polished case, the back cover decorated with a painted on enamel scene of Cupid seated on a branch playing the flute to a bird on the branch, rose-cut diamond-set branch below. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer dot minute divisions and blue Arabic five-minute numerals, gilt Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
