Very elegant and thin French 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch with a fine 18K gold Cartier long chain, circa 1980. A polished case, wide bezel, winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, triangular bow. Matte silver dial, sunburst engine-turned with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and blued steel Breguet hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, free-sprung monometallic balance, flat balance spring, and shock absorber. Dial, case and movement signed.
