A fine, thin Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless pocket watch, circa 1920. Precision Lever Rolex, with seven world’s records. White enamel dial, vertical dauphine numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, matte centre. Blued steel Cathedrale hands.
A rhodium-plated movement, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, the pallet fork bridge bronzed, monometallic balance, self-compensating special alloy Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator. Dial and movement signed.
