A fine, thin and elegant, Swiss, minute repeating, gold, enamel and diamonds, keyless dress watch, circa 1920.
20 Carat gold case with engine turned translucent red enamel and diamonds in the center. Gold in centre guilloché dial with Breguet radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds and spade hands.
Dial and cuvette signed.
