A very fine and elegant French platinum, yellow gold, rose-cut diamond and ruby-set, keyless lady’s pendant watch, circa 1905. Outer platinum ring, pendant, winding crown and loose suspension ring set with rose-cut diamonds, the back decorated with translucent aqua enamel over an engine-turned rosette pattern, the centre set with a faceted ruby surrounded by rose-cut diamonds, bezel overlaid with translucent guilloché aqua enamel.

Matte silver dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, engine-turned border. Blued steel Breguet hands. Frosted gilt, bar calibre, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, flat blued steel balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed.
