A Swiss yellow gold hunting cased pocket watch with red 24h indicator and chain, circa 1920. This watch features an 18.5 ligne movement, signed by Patek Philippe & Cie, with a lever escapement. The white enamel dial is signed Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève Suisse. It includes Dauphine hour numerals, 13/24 in red, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued spade hands. The engine turned 18k yellow gold bassine style case has on the back, an Oeil de Pedrix (partridge eye) in the centre, a signed cuvette, and a hinged back. Additionally, there is a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, confirming the date of sale as February 5, 1926, along with an unsigned 18K yellow gold chain, which has an approximate weight of 46.16 grams.

The case is in overall good condition, showing some patina throughout. There is surface wear consistent with normal use, and it has previously undergone a light polish. The dial is in very good condition, with only a few light superficial scratches visible upon close inspection. There are no hairline cracks in the enamel. The movement is functioning properly.
