A fine and rare 18 Carat yellow gold keyless dress watch, accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box and Certificate of Origin. Sold on April 23^rd, 1931 and made by Patek Philippe & Cie. in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1931. Three body, bassine and polished case with a concealed hinge.
Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold Art Deco numerals, engraved outer dot minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and gold spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, wolf’s tooth winding, 20 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring and swan neck micrometre regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
