Engine turned 18 carat pink gold case with monogram. Exquisite precision lever movement with repeating hours and quarters, LeCoultre caliber, wolfs’s toothing, balanced lever and bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary dial with unusual Arabic seconds and pink gold spade hands.
