Gold open faced keyless lever

A very fine and elegant Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless dress watch made by Baume & Mercier in Geneva, circa 1985. Gilt movement with 17 jewels, a lever escapement, gilt balance, flat balance spring and shock absorber. Black enamel dial, the outer border decorated with flowers and foliage, and gold hands. A plain case with a decorative band. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
