A gentleman’s very fine, rare Geneva pocket watch with minute repetition and split seconds chronograph, circa 1911.  18k Gold, smooth, polychrome enamelled monogram, à goutte, gold dome with dedication engraving:”Made for Thomas ap Roger Jones, Knoxville, Tenn. 1913 by Patek Philippe & Co. Geneva, Switzerland”, pusher for chronograph at “12”, slide for repeating mechanism. The dial is enamel, Arabic numerals, sunk auxiliary seconds, blued spade hands. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, 8 adj., 35 jewels, mirror-polished screws, very finely ground bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, ground, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, wolfteeth winding wheels, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, index spring fine adjusting device, counterpoised lever, ruby endstone on lever and escape wheel.
