A fine Swiss 18K yellow gold keyless dress pocket watch by Patek Philippe & Co. Genève, circa 1967. The back engraved with a coat of arms within a foliate border. Matte silver dial with applied gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute markers, subsidiary seconds, gold Breguet hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
