A very fine, heavy Swiss gentleman’s pocket watch with chronograph Compteur and 30-minute counter, circa 1920.
Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, with Geneva striping decoration, very finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, lever escapement, fine adjustment, and gold screw compensation balance. Plain polished 18K gold case, cuvette with engraved signature Ulysse Nardin Locle, all chronograph functions are operated by the pusher. Silvered dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes/seconds track with Arabic five minutes/seconds numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, 30-minute counter, and blued steel pear hands.
