A very fine Swiss gold hunting cased repeater with Jacquemart automaton, circa 1900. A 14K gold, engine turned, dome inscribed: “repetition-automates Qualite Superieure”. Three gold lids and additional glazed movement, Swiss lever movement with repeating the hours and quarter hours, face with beautiful multi-coloured enamelled figure automaton, which moves during the repeating, extraordinary lilac enamel dial, subsidiary seconds, pink gold hands, overall in very beautiful condition, case with various small dents, in working order and with good sound.
