Gold dress watch with apocryphal Vacheron & Constantin signature

A rare, Swiss gold open faced keyless-winding dress watch with minute-repeater, perpetual calendar and moon phases, circa 1920-1930.
Calibre 18 movement, lever escapement. Enamel patinated dial with applied Arabic and bullet indexes, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, blued steel hands, and six horological complications: – Perpetual calendar;  – Date of the month (subsidiary dial at 3 o’clock); – Day of the week (subsidiary dial at 9 o’clock; indications given in French); – Month of the year (subsidiary dial at 12 o’clock; indications given in French); – Four-year cycle of leap-years (subsidiary dial at 12 o’clock); – Phases of the moon (aperture at 6 o’clock). Round-shaped 18K yellow gold polished case.

Two bridges are clumsily engraved twice with an apocryphal Vacheron Constantin signature. Most of the repeating mechanism is missing as is part of the perpetual calendar mechanism.
