A Swiss 14K pink gold open cased keyless pendant watch, circa 1920. A solid, polished case, hinged case back with engraved and a round bezel. White enamel dial with black Breguet numerals, outer minute division and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 16 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed Shreve & Co., Case and movement signed Patek Philippe & Co.
