A very fine, thin Swiss 18K yellow gold lever watch set into a British gold coin dated 1902, circa 1970. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted in five positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Enamel dial with painted baton indexes and Roman numerals, original black baton hands. Double case, coin opening with a push-piece concealed in the band, three-body hinged inner case. Dial, case and movement signed, case numbered. Accompanied by an Audemars Piguet pouch.
