A fine Swiss 18K yellow gold and enamel keyless dress watch, circa 1920. A solid, polished case, the bezel, border and bow are inlaid with black champleve enamel and gold scrolls, snap-on case back with engraved foliate monogram EG. Brushed silver dial with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold cathédrale hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial and movement signed, case numbered.
