18 carat gold case with monogram AJ on back, decorative engraving, Patek Philippe case punch and the dome signed and numbered; very rare caliber with extravagant bridge, lever escapement, wolf’s toothing and hoof-shaped bridge on top of the escape wheel; signed white enamel dial in perfect condition with Arabic numerals and pink gold Louis XV hands.
