An American gold filled case, with Art Nouveau engraving, rim with pearls on both sides, reeded mid section, high-quality Vacheron & Constantin chronometer movement, lever escapement with moustache lever, big chronometer balance with gold screws, fine adjusting device, wolf’s toothing, original signed enamel dial in very beautiful condition, blued steel hands, in good condition.
