A Swiss gold open faced perpetual calendar keyless lever watch with moon phases, circa 1986. Sold to Beyer Chronometrie, Zurich, in 1986. This watch showcases a damascened movement with lever escapement, 20 jewels, and a compensation balance. It bears the signature of Breguet. The silver guilloché dial features a satin-finished chapter ring with Roman numerals, an outer minute ring, two subsidiary dials with a contrasting engine-turned finish for the date and day, a further satin-finished subsidiary for the month combined with leap year indication, an aperture for moon phases with age above, blued steel hands, and is signed Breguet no. 4604.

The 18k gold case has rounded bezels, a snap-on case back, and a milled band with 4 recessed adjusters for calendar and moon phases. It is also signed and numbered Breguet 4604. It is accompanied by an 18k gold setting pin, a green leather-covered Breguet presentation case, and a Breguet certificate dated August 31, 2020.

The movement is operational, and the surfaces are in good condition. All calendar functions are advancing correctly, accounting for month length. The date, month, and moon phase adjusters are functioning, but the day adjuster needs adjustment. The dial is in excellent condition, and the case is in good condition with minor scuffs.
