A Swiss 18K pink gold minute repeating pocket watch with multicoloured gold striking Jacks, circa 1900. Accompanied by the original fitted box. An Empire, engine-turned case. Gilt cuvette fitted to the movement ring. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer gold dot minute-ring, the outer red enamel with applied multicoloured gold Jacks which strike bells during repeating and blued steel baton hands. A rhodium-plated movement, 17 jewels, bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs activated by a slide in the band, automaton driven via repeating train.
