A rare Swiss platinum diamond set watch with concealed guillotine dial, circa 1920, movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance.
Silvered dial concealed beneath guillotine-style shutters, slim case, push-button for shutters at 6 o’clock, diamond-set band and pendant.
Monogrammed case, dial signed Cartier, case signed HNC, case and movement numbered, total diamond weight approximately 1.66 cts.
