A very elegant and slim Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless Guillotine dress watch by Haas Neveux & Co., Genève, circa 1920. The cover is polished with a small glazed dial aperture with gold shutters, opening and closing by depressing a button on the band. Matted silver dial with Arabic numerals outer minute markers. Blued steel spade hands. Movement is stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, 18, jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with five adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring. Case and movement signed.
