A Swiss platinum open faced lever watch, circa 1937. Retailed by Raymond Yar. The watch has a mechanical movement with 18 jewels and a lever escapement. It features a silvered dial with raised platinum Breguet radial hours, a subsidiary dial for the seconds, an outer minute ring, and Breguet hands. The platinum brushed case has a snap on case back. The dial is signed by the maker and retailer, with the case and movement also signed by the maker. It comes with the Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, confirming the date of sale on October 25, 1940, and indicating that the case is signed by S&W and encased by Patek Philippe.

The case is in overall good condition, showing scratches and scuffing throughout, mostly on the case back. The dial is also in overall good condition, with superficial scratches throughout the left half and a discoloration spot between 12 and 1 o’clock. There is a slight tarnish to the Breguet numerals, and a noticeable small scratch is visible to the naked eye at 2 o’clock. The movement is running.
