A solid French 18 carat gold repeating pocket watch, circa 1863. Precision lever movement, excellent quality, solid gold wheels, wolf’s toothing, compensation balance, Geneva striping, repeating hours and quarters by pushing the slide in the band sideways, repeating on two steel gongs, attributed to Louis Audemars. White enamel dial, black Roman numerals, and very beautiful gold hands with stones. Three gold lids. A small monogram on the case back.
