A fine Swiss hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch with chronograph, full calendar and moon phase, circa 1900.
14 carat rose gold polished case with signed gold dome, pusher for chronograph at “2”, pusher for repeating mechanism at “6” and glazed movement. Enamel dial with Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, moon phase, windows for weekday and month, date indicator, centre chronograph hand and Louis XVI hands. 1/2 plate movement, frosted, gilt, with finely ground chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, governor for repetition and screw compensation balance.
