A rare Swiss and very early Patek Philippe gentleman’s pocket watch, circa 1858.
18-carat gold chased à goutte case with engraved, numbered and signed gold dome. Enamel dial with radial Roman numerals and blued Breguet hands. Bridge movement, frosted, gilt, with wolfteeth winding wheels, cylinder escapement and ring balance.
