A fine, heavy Swiss hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch with chronograph, full calendar and moon phase, circa 1900.
14 carat rose gold case with signed gold dome, pusher for chronograph at “2” and pusher for repeating mechanism at “6”. Enamel dial with Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, moon phase, window for day and month, date indicator and Louis XV hands. 1/2 plate movement, frosted, gilt, “Patent 13244”, finely ground, bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, governor for repetition, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring.
