A very rare small coach clock with spring detent escapement, self striking and hours repeating, probably Switzerland, circa 1800.
Gilt plain case with reeded mid section. Technically very interesting movement with spring detent escapement, big balance, self striking hours and repeating hours. White enamel dial with decorative steel hands, Roman hours, Arabic minutes and seconds, central seconds hand, half seconds motion and probably original key.
