A Swiss large silver open faced deck watch with 36 hour up and down indication made in 1921, ‘Extra’quality 22”’ nickel lever movement, Guillaume balance, micrometer regulator, 25 jewels, sapphire-set endstone, wolf-tooth wind.
Silvered matte dial, black enamel Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, up and down indicator calibrated for 36 hours, large silver case, case, dial, movement and cuvette signed.

With an Extract from the Archives confirming sale in 1922, and noting that the watch received a Certificate from the Geneva Observatory on 10 January 1918. Together with a fitted associated case, and original additional numbered crystal and two hairsprings. 

According to the records of the Geneva Observatory, this watch competed in a 1917 timing contest and obtained 780 points, with the winning piece obtaining 842 points. It was 11th place in that contest, and was awarded Third Prize. The régleur was J. Golay-Audemars.
