A Swiss silver keyless pocket watch by Zenith Le Locle, circa 1979. A polished and frosted case, the back cover is cast with the design of a kneeling archer William Tell. Snap on cuvette engraved 50 Eidg. Schutzenfest Luzern 1979, specially made for the crossbow archery contest. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and silver Louis XV hands. Rhodium plated movement, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring, shock absorber, micrometre regulator. Dial and movement signed.
