Brass deck watch in a mahogany box

A fine Swiss Electric Marine Chronometer, mahogany brass bound lever chronometer with centre seconds, circa 1970. Mahogany, three tier, brass bound corners and folding handles, middle section with brass signature plaque, gimbaled brass bowl with a machined edged bezel. White painted dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel spade hands.

Montremo Swiss movement, 17 jewels, battery powered remontoire, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber, micrometre regulator, Perspex cover, stop lever at the side. Dial and case signed.
