A rare Swiss stainless steel open faced gentleman’s pocket watch, circa 1941. It features a rhodium plated bridge movement with Geneva striping decoration, lever escapement, 8 adjustments, 18 jewels, Geneva quality hallmark, gold screw compensation balance, and an index spring fine adjusting device. The dial is silvered with applied Breguet numerals, auxiliary seconds, and leaf hands. It comes in a polished stainless steel case with a snap on case back. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the archives confirming the date of sale on 25 June 1943.

The case is in overall very good condition, exhibiting only light surface scratches and previous minor polishing. The dial is in generally good condition, showing some light dark spots and signs of age throughout. The movement is functioning well.
