A Swiss 18 carat white gold, sapphire and diamond set open faced keyless pendant watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1963. The lever movement with 18 jewels. An intricate engraved case back secured by four screws, the front bezel is richly set with baguette sapphires and brilliant cut diamonds. The silvered dial with baton hour indexes. Dial, case and movement signed.
