An elegant French 18K yellow and white gold, diamond pendant watch, circa 1990. With an integral 18K yellow and white gold chain. A solid, polished case, snap-on case back, rounded bezel and bow set with diamonds, cabochon diamond-set winding-crown, sapphire crystal. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, secret Cartier signature on the VII and blued steel epee hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 6 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring, shock absorber. Dial, case and movement signed.
