A fine and rare, thin Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless dress watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930-1939. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, cut monometallic compensation balance adjusted to five positions and heat, cold and isochronisms, self compensating balance spring and an index regulator. Brushed two tone silver dial with applied gold Arabic hour numerals and baton indexes, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and original gold leaf hands. The solid, polished and brushed case with a stepped bezel and snap on back. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
