Underpainted horn pair cased verge pocket watch

An English verge in gilt metal and underpainted horn pair cases, circa 1793. Full plate fire gilt fusee movement with round pillars. Pierced and engraved cock, silver regulator disc. Plain three-arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. White enamel dial with radially set Arabic numerals and gold hands. Plain gilt metal inner case, gilt pendant and bow. Gilt metal outer covered in translucent horn underpainted with a scene of a lady beside a garden monument.
