Silver pocket watch with stoppable seconds

A unique silver pocket watch with skeletonized movement and stoppable seconds, made by R. Hornby in Liverpool, Great Britain, circa 1838. It has a silver case with Hallmarks England 1838 and master’s mark BK, an enamel dial with gold hands and a unique, artistically skeletonized movement with chain/fusee, exceptionally large balance and early English anchor escapement. The second hand can be stopped using the lever on the side.
The movement is signed.
