Gold brooch designed as a pair of doves

An elegant Swiss, 18 carat gold and pearl-set pendant watch with matching brooch designed as a pair of doves, circa 1900. Attributed to LeCoultre & Cie, Swiss. Made for the Bohm Bristol Co., Denver, Colorado. The case is entirely decorated with a set of half-pearls and a hinged gold cuvette. The brooch is formed by two pearl-set doves in flight. White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and gold spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with Breguet balance spring, LeCoultre patented click mechanism. The cuvette was signed by the retailer.
