A very fine and rare Swiss, elegant and thin, Art Deco, keyless, 18K yellow and white gold pocket watch, circa 1920. With perpetual calendar and moon phases. Audemars Piguet Swiss retailed by E. Gubelin, Lucerne. A solid, polished case, and a dedicated back. Silver dial with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the months and four-year cycle, days of the week, date and seconds, and aperture for the moon phases. Yellow gold cathedral hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, self-compensating blued Breguet balance, index regulator. Dial and movement signed, case numbered.
