A Fine and unusual Swiss ivory pocket watch with an integral ivory chain carved from a single piece of ivory, circa 1860. Turned ivory, turned pendant and carved bow, hinged back with hinged steel catch and an ivory cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with red Arabic five-minute numerals and fancy gilt hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, jewelled cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, flat balance spring, index regulator.
