An impressive, heavy English silver pocket watch in fine collector’s quality, circa 1805.
Extremely fine calculating anchor movement with diamond capstone and large steel balance, and splendid grimace block. Beautifully preserved enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, and massive red gold hands. Polished silver case with Hallmarks 1805 and master’s mark DW. Signed and numbered dust cover, plate inscribed Patent, and the movement also signed and numbered.
