Gold open faced lever lady’s watch

A very fine and rare Swiss 18K yellow gold and platinum keyless pocket watch, circa 1920. The back with a floral relief and a ring set with diamonds, a diamond in the centre amongst two leaves, the front bezel with floral motifs at the quarters and a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and gilt Louis XV hands. A frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
